We provide a specialist (by referral) service and an after hours emergency service to the greater Sydney area. We work in close partnership with local veterinarians to ensure that your pet receives the best possible care at all times.

The Veterinary Specialist Centre is home to some of the most experienced and respected specialist veterinarians in Australia. We were the first dedicated specialist centre in Australia. We have earned and maintained a reputation of being at the forefront of patient care.

At the VSC we work out of a state of the art veterinary facility that opened in 1997. Our hospital has been specially designed to meet the needs of animals that have complex conditions requiring specialist management.

ACCES - The Emergency Centre at the VSC - Open24 hours, 365 days a year

ACCES, the Animal Critical Care Emergency Service, provides around the clock care for our hospitalized patients as well as providing an accident and emergency service similar to human hospitals.

Major Expansion of Our Oncology Unit

On the 19th April Dr Veronika Langova and Dr Martin Havlicek welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Ria. Deservedly, Veronika is now enjoying some time with Ria and the Veterinary Specialist Centre Oncology Unit is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr Andrea Flory to consult as our Oncology Specialist. Dr Flory is joining us from the Animal Medical Centre (AMC) New York, NY where she was a Staff Oncologist and Co-Chief of the Department of Medical Oncology. Dr Flory brings with her a wealth of experience in both clinical and academic settings.
