Animal Critical Care Emergency Service

The emergency service, ACCES, is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals, who care for animals requiring emergency, advanced, or intensive treatment. They provide continuous monitoring and nursing to our special patients. These patients include trauma, accident and emergency victims.

Examples of emergencies:

  Hit by car

  Poison / intoxication e.g.

    - rat or snail baits

    - chocolates

    - grapes or raisins

    - lilies

  Bloats

  Swollen face

  Bleeding

  Collapse

  Breathing difficulty

  Tick or Snake bites

  Broken legs / fracture

  Heat stroke
